Booking information
Should something unexpected come up, here our cancellation conditions. To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation or mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue) we recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus or the more extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance. These insurance policies not only cover cancellations and trip interruption costs but also offer you extensive protection for your holiday in Austria. Detailled information here.
In the event of cancellations, general terms & conditions for the hotel insdustry (AGBH) appy. Free cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival date. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 40% of the booking price. From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival we charge 70% of the booking price. For cancellations within the week prior to arrival date we charge 90% of the booking price, and 100% for early departures.
A processing fee of € 1,- per card is charged for issuing guest cards.
